Dance Base Hire Rates 2022/2023

Full Building Renters

Conditions:

• There must be one member of Dance Base staff on site to look after the building.
• For recurring bookings, we will look to lock in a one-year agreement, with a renegotiation period every following year, in the month of February.

Rates:

Full day hire	£750
Half day hire	£400

 

Studio Rental Rates

Conditions:

• Booking must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
• Additional staffing/equipment usage may be chargeable.

Cost of Hire for Meeting Room

Additional Hire Costs to Open/Staff Building (per day)

Standard Building fee	£100
Standard Staffing fee	Duty Manager – £11.45 per hour Front of House Assistant - £9.90 per hour

 

Professional Hire Rates

Rates will range from £5 (personal practice) to £35 (running own paid classes), depending on the activity (i.e. group practice, tutoring, etc).
